Logistics
Asset and Property Book Management: CPP professionals provide management of property book equipment utilizing the Defense Reutilization and Marketing Organization. We utilize automation systems such as the Standard Army Maintenance System, System Access Request, Property Book Unit Supply Enhanced, and Auto-Scan Tracking System.
We also provide shipping and receiving information on tracked equipment, inventory assistance, documentation on accountable and durable equipment, storage of managed property, transportation of equipment, requisition equipment, transfer of equipment, and turn in equipment no longer required.
Shipping & Receiving
CPP Personnel are responsible for receiving, unloading, segregating, and examining incoming shipments of material, equipment, and supplies. CPP Professionals also distribute material, equipment, and supplies, and submit the necessary paperwork for property accountability purposes. Additionally, CPP Personnel package materials, equipment, and supplies for shipment, and, when needed, construct shipping containers for special equipment.
Facilities Maintenance
CPP provides maintenance and minor repair of grounds, exterior structures, buildings, and related fixtures and utilities, as needed. These services include, but are not limited to the following: carpentry, masonry, plumbing, electrical, air conditioning, cement work, painting, and other related trades.
