Typical services include: recording meetings and minutes; providing minutes to participants and other stakeholders; coordinating and preparing agendas and read-ahead materials for briefings; drafting briefing slides; coordinating ancillary requirements such as conference room scheduling, visitor parking, and office space scheduling; handling document receipt, transmittal, storage, and disposition of correspondence; handling document receipt, transmittal, storage, accountability, and destruction of classified material.
Scheduling
CPP Team Members schedule and coordinate meetings for all levels of client staff, including: receipt and delivery of meeting read-ahead materials; attending meetings; recording meeting notes and producing minutes or a summary of Action Items from the meeting; formatting and preparing/drafting correspondence per DoD standards, including coordination, transmittal, receipt, and storage; taking messages; assisting with visitors.
Security Administration
Responsibilities include: entering new records and maintenance of employee databases; issuing and controlling visitor badges; maintaining key assignments and regulating building access privileges; issuing official DoD Identification Cards, IAW DoD Directive 5200.2-R Personnel Security Program andDoD Directive 5200.08-R and DoD Physical Security Program. Security Admin also supports government personnel with implanting physical security plans, issuing visitor and Defense Biometric Identification (DBIDS) cards and providing physical access to individuals by entering their Identification Cards into thePhysical Access Control Systems. CPP personnel also provide escorts for visitors where necessary.
Graphics Support
CPP provides graphics support, including presentations, organization line diagrams/org charts, web site layout, and general content design support.
Document Control
CPP Personnel employ technical and administrative skills to manage the clearance and investigative data contained in DoD Systems, including iIRR, Defense Central Index ofInvestigations (DCII), Joint Personnel Adjudication System/Joint Clearance, andAccess Verification System (JPAS/JCAVS). We address all aspects of document and file control and access, and are responsible for record transmittal, storage, digitization, accountability, classification, microfiche filing, and destruction when beyond retention. We assist in processing Freedom of Information Act/Privacy Act (FOIA) requests, and routinely use requests received from other Defense Department Components, Federal agencies, and State or local law enforcement entities.
